MY Services
I see thinking as a communicative process. With my coaching meetings I create a neutral, positive space outside your challenge to take a break and different perspective.
I work with individuals and corporates by using a solution-focused approach based on established coaching models and amended with proven techniques as well as tools specifically designed by me. My meetings are question driven and target on goals, realizations, and activities.
My clients can choose between different meeting lengths (30-90 minutes) and packages (please get in contact for a quote). The packages will be tailored for your purpose after an initial meeting. Generally, my coaching meetings are held online, but onsite meetings are possible upon request.
A safe, honest, and ethical client-coach relationship is important to me. I adhere to EMCC's (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Global Code of Ethics. https://www.globalcodeofethics.org/

What is Coaching?
The international coaching federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.

Coaching is based on and incorporates theories from other disciplines: Psychology, adult development, organizational development, and leadership theory.
Coaches see their clients as capable experts of their challenges and lives.
Coaching is not
mentoring, consulting, training, counseling, or therapy.
